ABOUT
Cherry Trees childcare first opened in November 2002. It was originally named Carolines childcare and was a small setting offering a few days a week of home-based care.
It has seen many changes over the years and has adapted to comply with any new regulations that are brought out. Currently we are following the Early Years Foundation stage Framework with the under 5's.
Cherry Trees is fully insured and registered with Ofsted and the owner is a member of PACEY a professional organsiation for childcare providers.
Our Staff

Caroline Miller
I have been a registered childminder for 22 years providing me with extensive experience having worked with over 100 families.
Level 6 BSc open
Level 5 Foundation Degree in Early Years
Level 4 Certificate in Early Years
NVQ 3 Childcare and Education
1st Aid
I have also attended over 80 information sessions and 1-3 day workshops.

Patrick Miller
I have been registered as an assistant since 2020, I work at the setting most days between 9am and 4pm. I enjoy working with the children and am in charge of cooking the healthy meals and snacks
Mark Adams
I have been registered as Caroline's assistant for 12 years. I hold an up-to-date 1st aid certificate and Safeguarding. I mainly help with the care of the older children doing the school runs.
Janet Boultby
I have been registered as Caroline's assistant for 18 years. I hold an up-to-date 1st aid certificate and Safeguarding. I mainly help with the care of the under 5's.
